Teachers' wellbeing at work will be improved by approaching issues that are experienced as exhausting at work through four different approaches: consulting experts, innovating and experimenting new things (I), strengthening existing good practices (L), and receiving guidance and training (O). The project will be carried out in cooperation with developer teachers, occupational psychologists, the University of Jyväskylä, HY+ and the city of Espoo.
